Tuition & Payment Policies

Tuition is divided into 10 equal payments over the school year and charged monthly September through June. Payment is due the 1st of each month and is payable by cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

All students are required to pay a registration fee for the school year of $20 each or $35 per family, which is non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, notification must be given at least 1 week prior to the beginning of the month in which the student will no longer be taking that class(es). No partial credits will be given. Students may make up any class missed due to illness or excused absences for other reasons, but they must do so within 30 days of missing the class. Summer punch cards must be used up during the summer in which they were purchased, and any remaining classes may be used only for Conditioning classes the following September and October. In the event of a weather related cancellation, dancers are encouraged to take a make-up class, but are asked to do so within 30 days.

All Elan ballet students who are not members of Elan Ballet Theatre are required to provide a $50 production fee for participation in our annual production of Clara Dreams, and all Elan students will be required to provide a costume fee for the spring performances of $55-$60. Elan Ballet Theatre members are not required to pay a costume fee for their ballet costumes as that is factored into their monthly dues. All EBT costumes are the property of Elan Ballet Theatre, but the spring costumes that are purchased by Pre-Ballet, Ballet I, II, II/III, III, and Contemporary, are theirs to keep.
